Now, I'll admit I'd rather stay in on Friday and watch movies with my friends than go out. Sometimes, my friends come in hungry and I'm left staring at my cabinet blankly. I don't have many ingredients at hand. But I have found some easy recipes that go great with watching movies and are really simple to make with very few ingredients! Each person can have their own mug and enjoy gooey goodness while watching the screen.

Go great with candy cane nails!:)

You Need:

• a box of funfetti cake mix or plain vanilla mix
• vanilla frosting
• white or milk chocolate
• red sugar topping
• candy canes

Instructions:

1. Mix up the cake as directed on the box. For an added touch, I mixed in some crushed candy canes!
2. Bake as directed.
3. While cooling, break up the cake and crumble it up as finely as you can. I just crumbled it with my hands:).
4. After the cake is cool, mix in about a 1/4 cup of vanilla frosting. I just eyeballed it. Just make sure that the cake is as moist as you like it.
5. Incorporate the frosting into the cake crumbles by mushing it together with your hands. Then roll up the cake pop dough into balls.
6. I broke up a candy cane in 2 and pushed the stick into the dough ball.
7. I put the cake balls onto a paper plate and cooled in the freezer.
8. After at least 30 minutes, you can start melting the chocolate.
9. Then dip the pop into the chocolate. You can cover the whole thing in chocolate, or just half like I did.
10. Before it dries, I put red holidy sugar on top which also preventing them from sticking back onto the plate. You can get creative with the toppings-from sprinkles, chocolate chips, or even marshmallows.
11. Let sit and they are ready to eat! They are an adorable little desert sure to make a hit at a holiday party. All of my friends truly loved them and I did too.

I finally did it. I dip dyed my hair with koolaid!I just had to do something rebellious in my teenage years. I was going for a purple color, but it ended up pink. Oh well!I still love it!I'll upload pictures later. But here is some inspiration and tips(punny!) on how to get the koolaid down. I'm so happy with the way it turned out that I can't wait for the color to wash off so I could try blue, and then purple, and the maroon:).

Here's what I did.I know there's a million ways to do it,but this is what worked.

• I took 2 packets of grape and 2 packets of tropical punch(its in a blue packet,so I thought it'd be blue, but its red!) and poured it in a cup. Make sure its a cup you don't mind getting stained!***Make sure that the mixes you use are unsweetened!
• I mixed in a quarter size drop of conditioner and about a spoonful of water. Just make sure it creates a paste like texture when you mix it.
• To predict how the color would turn out, I let the sink run on the spoon I mixed it with. It appeared to be a magenta-ish redish color.I was okay with it so I went on with it.
• I seperated my hair into about 12 pieces and rubbed the paste onto my tips. I wrapped them in aluminum foil and let them stay for about 3 hours.
• Since I was scared it wouldn't work,I combined another method I saw of dyeing. I put a 1/2 cup of water in the microwave for 2.5 minutes. Then I dipped my my right tips in the cup for about 6 or 7 minutes. You could leave it in for longer if you need.
• Reheat the cup and put your left side of tips in.
• Dry your tips with a paper towel and you are done!I'm not sure if you need to wash it out right away, but that's what I did. And the hair color remained nice and bright.
• I'm sure that if you want to get it done fast, you don't have to do the 3 hour aluminum foil thing and you can just dip it in the boiling water for about 10 minutes.

I've never been one to make up my own recipes. Not because I don't want to, just because I don't have the cooking savvy skills in order to do so. But I made myself proud with my innovative-ness on this one. All I had was peanut butter cookie mix and I wanted to make cake pops. I looked up recipes to make cake from cookie mix but found none. I've heard of making cookies from cake mix but not the other way around. So I tried to add moisture- heres what I came up with and it came it delicious!Cute, simple and yummy!

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of peanut butter cookie mix
• 1 egg
• 1 ripe banana
• 1/2 jar of vanilla frosting (or homemade frosting)
• 1 bar of white chocolate
• sprinkles (or any decorational stuffs)
• toothpicks (lollipop sticks work better!)

*Please note that I am not a professional by any means, and I don't bake so often because I'm busy so I really just worked with what I found laying around. I didn't have ingredients to make my own frosting nor did I have lollipop sticks so thats why I went in this direction haha.*

Directions:

1. Pour the peanut butter cookie mix into a bowl and add all the ingredients it says on the packet (mine told me to add oil and water). Add the banana and egg and stir the ingredients until there are minimal chunks.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
3. Let cool for maybe 10 or so minutes.
4. Crumble the  cake up entirely.
5. Add the frosting to the crumbles.
6. Form the crumb mixture into 1 inch spheres. You can definetly make them into whatever size you want though, I just wanted cute mini pops:)
7. Put the cake balls on a paper plate and let them stay in the freezer for sometime. The longer the easier it is to put the chocolate on after, but if you are impatient, like I was, 15 minutes still works out!
8. Melt your chocolate. (I broke mine into pieces and microwaved. Whatever method you like works too!)
9. Dip your toothpick(or lollipop stick) into the melted chocolate and then dip the chocolatey toothpick into the cake ball.
10. Roll the cake pop around in the melted chocolate and cover it entirely.
11. Dip the chocolate dipped pop into the sprinkles. It works better if you have a seperate plate full of sprinkles. Then put your pops back onto your paper plate.
12. In a few minutes, they should harden and be perfect for eating! I prefer keeping them in the freezer, so they are nice and chilled but room temperature tastes great too!

That's all! You can probably mix some chocolate chips into the recipe or one part peanut butter one part frosting to the crumbles if you would like some more peanut butteriness. I'd love to try some more experiments with this recipe!

Arghoahuheruoeasdfghjjklm.Sorry, I can barely type today or let alone speak in coherent sentences. I don't know what it is, but I've been super annoyed at the world and I can't even put words together. Must be the fall air I guess? Anyways, here's some nailspiration from some of my random creative designs I've put together. This first is an old candy colored random pattern one, which is cute and colorful. The one I have right now is a hello kitty french manicure one. Super cute, and not too complicated if you have thin nail brushes. I just swept an ordinary french manicure on. Then I swept to strokes up, to make the ears. 3 red drops for the bow. 2 black drops for the eyes. 1 yellow drop for the nose and 10 perfectly cute hello kitties are at your fingertips!
